4 Things You Should Never Do To Your Maids

You must have read somewhere how maid Malaysia stole money or husband, abusing the family they are meant to take care of. You must have read stories about how some maid in Malaysia were also treated. Such cases are a common occurrence at maid service in Malaysia.

1. Don’t Make Them Do What You Won’t Want Your Kids To Do
Don’t treat your kids as slaves; you would have been told of this at the maid service in Malaysia. You shouldn’t put the lives of your maid Malaysia in danger. Consider them as your blood and care about their well-being as much as would care about yours. Anything that could cause harm to your maids should be kept out of their ways. You should even caution the maid Malaysia when they are about to put their life on the line in serving you. You have paid for their service not the life of your maid.

2. Don’t Take Her Sundays and Holidays Away
You are already enjoying the peace of mind and freedom given to you by your maid Malaysia for six days in a week, allow the maid Malaysia to rest on Sundays. This will allow the maid Malaysia to be refreshed and prepare for the new week of hard work. It’s not only Sundays but every other holiday that have emotional and spiritual significance such as birthdays, public holidays, and festivals. Don’t be so mean by asking her to work 30 or 31 days of the month.

3. Don’t Disrespect Her
This one is quite tricky? What counts as disrespect to a maid since you are the employer? You’ll have to figure this out on your own, what you will count as disrespect is a matter of opinion and your philosophy of life. Whatever you won’t want your kids to do to others, don’t do it to your maid Malaysia. It’ll amount to disrespect if you accuse her of stealing and you cannot prove it. Never judge her on the spot because you think she’s the only one that could have done it as your maid Malaysia. It’ll amount to stereotype by saying that because other maids steal, she could have stolen your money also. If she’s done anything wrong, involve the maid service in Malaysia, don’t pour hot water or chili on her.

4. Don’t Pour Your Anger On Her
After a long day battling a bad boss at work or having to deal with the teacher of your kids in school, don’t pour the whole frustration on your maid Malaysia. Of course, you are tired, angry and frustrated; she’s not the cause of all this. Your maid Malaysia should not be at the receiving end of all things bad you’ve experienced throughout the day. You should instead appreciate her effort for restoring sanity to your home, taking care of your kids and preparing you a good meal. Imagine coming home to cook after a long day at work without your maid Malaysia.
